  • Why don’t you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?

    • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All products are made-to-order and we cannot process returns or exchanges.
    • Your order is custom made by our expert fulfillment partners.  This way, we are able to provide you with more high quality products, while reducing waste and bloated costs.
  • What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

    • If there’s an error on our part, such as a misprint or a damaged item, we’ll handle it at our expense. Please submit any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 7 days after the product is received.
  • What happens if I provided a wrong address?

    • If the recipient’s address was wrong, then you are held responsible. If the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you for an updated address. If the package was not returned to sender, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
  • What happens if my package is lost in transit?

    • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    • Sorry, we are currently unable to ship outside of the United States.
